Starting the Healthy Express program with April as my coach has been one of the best choices and changes that I have made. When I met my coach, April, I was a diabetic with “over the top” blood pressure wearing a size 46 waist pants. In just 9 months I no longer have to prick for glucose testing or take meds for my Diabetes, AND my blood pressure is under control. Healthy Express will teach you how to use the foods you already have...and still lose weight. Food doesn’t control me anymore!!!

I have lost weight before, but it has never been the healthy way. I feel so much better about myself for putting in the effort to eat better and to exercise even when I didn’t want to.
